Hello, and thank you for visiting!  I’m Ruth, an aspiring Occupational Therapist dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals, groups and communities.

In a field as dynamic as OT, continuous professional develop is essential.  Whether it’s attending workshops, taking courses or reflecting on my practice, I strive to stay informed and adaptable to meet the diverse needs of my clients.

Having everything centralised ensures I can easily reflect on my journey, identify areas for personal growth and share my progress with colleagues, mentors and other stakeholders.
